When entering Dundee it is like taking a step into Omaha history. This is one of Omaha’s oldest and most notable areas. You will find yourself immersed with locally owned shops and restaurants. Some of my favorite eateries here are Amsterdam Falafel & Kabob, Mark’s Restaurant, and Dario’s Brasserie. The houses are all built with turn of the century charm and the neighborhood looks as if it could have been lifted right out of a Rockwell painting. On the southern most edge of the neighborhood is Memorial Park which is host to the annual Fourth of July concert.
